1 (lg.) can sliced pineapple
1 (lg.) pkg marshmallows
1/2 lb. pecans, broken in pieces
1 lb. seedless grapes or 1 can white cherries, cut in halves
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Dressing
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cream
1 lemon, juiced

Directions:

Drain pineapple & cut in pieces. Cut up marshmallows. Mix pineapple, marshmallows, pecans, & grapes or cherries. Boil on low heat constantly stirring the egg yolks, sugar, cream, & lemon juice. Let cool. Whip 1/2 pt. cream, not stiff. Mix thoroughly with dressing. Pour over salad mix. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hr.
