8 thick pork chops, or Kansas City cut ribs
1 large can sauerkraut
potatoes
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly salt and pepper the pork chops. Peel potatoes, quarter. Rinse sauerkraut and drain. Put kraut in bottom of greased 9x13 pan. [or cover with foil for easy clean up]. Layer potatoes on top of kraut, then put porkchops on top. Dust with paprika and a little salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until pork is done.

Works best with bone in meat and not so lean that there isn't any fat to flavor the potatoes!
