1 tbsp White Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Take eggs and set in bottom of large pot. Cover at least 1" with water. Add vinegar (helps with cracking). Bring to a boil, remove from heat, cover and set timer for 17 minutes. Put in sink and add cold water to the hot water, allowing it to run until the water cools off. Drain and add cold water a couple of times so that the eggs cool.

Perfectly yellow yolks - no green ickiness!
