3 cans sliced beets - 16 oz.
water - 2 - 3 cups
light cream - 1 cup
flour - 2 - 3 tbsps.
vinegar - 1/2 cup or to taste
salt & pepper
mashed potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Empty beets into soup pot with liquid. Add water, salt & pepper. Cook on medium heat & add some vinegar & some of the light cream. Dilute the flour in the rest of the cream. Turn the heat up & bring to a boil & add the flour mixture to thicken. Add this time you can add more vinegar, salt & pepper if needed.
