1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
Stuffing bread
Butter
Salt & pepper
Poultry seasoning
Water

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery & onion in some butter approx. 1 - 2 tbsps. Add ground beef and cook & keep loosening it up with a fork until it becomes small particles. Add approx. 1/2 of stuffing bread in 1" pieces to hamburg mixture. At this time you can add some water a little at a time until it reaches the consistency that you like. Add some salt, pepper & poultry seasoning.

I usually double or triple the recipe. Once you have cooked this put it in a casserole and bake at 350 for about 45min. to 1 hour. This recipe was Grandma Groh's.
