2 c cubed ham
4-5 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
2-3 tbsp butter
2-3 tbsp flour
salt
pepper
1-1/2 c milk
1/2 - 3/4 lb cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cube potatoes and parboil. Slice and chop onion. Cover the bottom of casserole dish with a layer of potatoes, then part of the onion and 1/2 the ham. Repeat. Cover with and mix in cheese sauce. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

For cheese sauce: Melt butter in fry pan, add flour and mix. Add salt, pepper, milk, and cheese, and stir until thick.
