2 - 32 oz. cans of petite diced tomatoes
1 - 16 oz. can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies
1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. fined chopped cilantro
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tbsp. chopped jalapeņo peppers
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in large mixing bowl. Can be served immediately, but gets better with age. You can adjust temp by adding more jalapeņo and/or cayenne pepper. Serves more than one if you don't run off and hide with the bowl of chips.
