1 Box Yellow Cake Mis
4 Eggs
1 pkg. Instant Pistachio Pudding
1/2 c. Oil
1 c. Club Soda
1/2 c. chopped Walnuts

1 pint heavy cream
1 c. milk
6-8 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. Pistachio Pudding

Cake: Beat all ingredients together. Bake in a 13 x 9 in. greased pan. (I use a bundt cake pan). Bake at 350 for 55 minutes.

Icing: Whip all together until firm.

Ice cooled cake and refrigerate.
