1 c. flour
1/2 c. oleo
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 c. Cool Whip as frosting

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, oleo and nuts; spread in
9 X 13 inch pan and bake for 15 minutes at 350 . Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip and spread on crust. Mix together lemon pudding and milk and pour on the cheese mixture. Frost with 1 cup Cool Whip.
