2 lbs. hash browns 2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c, crushed corn flakes
Combine corn flakes and 1/2 cup melted butter. Set aside. Combine all the rest of ingredients. Mix well. Place in 9X13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle corn flakes on top of potatoes. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes to an hour.
