5-6 Medium Red Potatoes
1/4 Stick Butter
Whole Milk or Evaporated Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes - Do not peel
Cut into cubes
Cover with water and bring to boil; once they begin to boil turn heat down to medium and cook until potatoes are tender.
Be sure to salt while cooking.
Drain and add butter, black pepper (if desired)
Mash with mixer or potatoe masher, add milk slowly while mixing to desired consistency.
