½ lb. frozen hash browns 1 lb. bulk sausage 6 eggs ¾ C milk ¾ tsp dry mustard ½ tsp salt Dash pepper 1 C shredded Cheddar cheese
Cover bottom of 9x13” with potatoes. Brown sausage & place on top. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour on top of potatoes & sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake @ 350* for 30 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving. Serve 6.
