lb. frozen hash browns
1 lb. bulk sausage
6 eggs
C milk
tsp dry mustard
tsp salt
Dash pepper
1 C shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cover bottom of 9x13 with potatoes. Brown sausage & place on top. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; pour on top of potatoes & sausage. Sprinkle with cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake @ 350* for 30 minutes. Let set for 10 minutes before serving. Serve 6.
