4 c. of peaches peeled and sliced sweetened with some sugar and nutmeg.(enough to cover bottom of 9X13 pan) Topping: 2 beaten eggs 1 c. sugar 2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 c. milk salt to taste 2 tsp. vanilla 4 T. melted butter
Bake at 375º for about 30 minutes. Cover if gets to brown before done.
