1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 1/2 ounce) package cornbread mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 medium onion, chopped

Directions:
Press broccoli between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine cornbread mix and next 7 ingredients; stir well. Stir in broccoli (batter will be thick). Pour mixture into a greased 8" square pan. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
