2 pounds round red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large zip top freezer bag. Seal bag, and shake well to coat. Arrange potato in a well-greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered to 450 for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
