2 packages cornbread mix
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
1 1/2 teaspoons sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:

Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions; pour all batter into a greased pan. Bake at 400 for 25-28 minutes or until golden; cool. Crumbles cornbread into a large bowl. Saute celery and onion in hot oil until tender. Add soup and next four ingredients to skillet, stirring mixture until well blended; bring to a boil. Pour over cornbread, stirring until moistened. Stir in chopped eggs. Stir in pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

This recipe is very similar to a recipe that Mike's Mother made. It was so good! She didn't put the boiled eggs in hers, so they can be deleted and it will be good.
