Crust:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
2 sticks butter

Filling:
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Crust; Sift together flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter with pastry blender, fork or food processor until mixture clings together and is crumbly. Press into the bottom of 13x9x2 baking pan that has been lightly sprayed with PAM. Bake at 350
for 20-25 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool while making filling.

Filling: Beat together eggs,sugar and lemon juice. Sift together flour and baking powder. Stir into egg mixture.
Pour filling over baked crust. Bake again, at 350
for 25 minutes. Filling should be firm, but still moist. Test by tilting the pan. If the filling doesn't flow toward the low end of pan, it's done. Dust with powdered sugar, cool thoroughly and cut into bars.
