Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour
1 cup diced pecans
1/2 cup butter melted
11 ounces cream cheese
Large tub of Cool Whip
1 cup powdered Sugar
2 3 ounce boxes Pistachio Pudding
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, flour, and pecans. Spread evenly into a 13x9x2 pan that has been sprayed with PAM. (It will be challenging to get the mixture spread evenly - but you can do it). Bake at 350
for 15 minutes. Cool Completely.

Using a mixer - combine cream cheese and 1 1/2 cups of the cool whip. Add Powdered Sugar and beat until well blended. When crust is completely cool, carefully spread cream cheese mixture over crust. This works best if you put small dalops of the cream cheese on top of the crust and the gingerly use a spatula to evenly spread them across the crust.

Combine 2 packages of pistachio pudding with the 3 cups of cold milk and mix well with wire whisk.
Pour over Cream Cheese layer.

Finally, top pudding layer with rest of cool whip and refrigerate a few hours before serving
