1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. crushed graham cracker
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 (1.5 oz.) chocolate bars
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

Directions:
Directions:
Grease an 8-inch square baking pan. Heat oven to 350. In large mixing bowl, creme butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract. Add crushed graham crackers, flour salt and baking powder and beat until well mixed, stopping to scrape sides of bowl. Spoon 1/2 of dough into pan and press evenly with fingertips. Break chocolate bars into pieces and arrange over the dough. Spread a layer of marshmallow creme over the chocolate. Finally flatten the remaining dough into pancakes and lay them over the marshmallow. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
