2 lb. ground beef
28 oz. can diced tomato, undrained
2 c. green pepper, diced
2 c. water
2 (28oz.each) tomato sauce
2 c. cooked rice
2 beef bouillon cubes

Brown beef and drain, add the remaining and simmer for 35-40 min.

This recipe came from my grandma Witvoet. She can give me a recipe, and I can even watch her make it, but it never ever tastes as good as hers. This is really good with homeade bread and a salad.
