1 cup Confectioner sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1/2 cup milk
8 oz. Cool whip
9-inch Oreo pie-crust
Toffee bits or Caramel ice-cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and cream cheese, until smooth; add peanut butter and milk and beat until smooth. Fold in Cool whip. Pour into pie crust. If using Toffee bits, sprinkle on now. Put into freezer. Take out about 10 to 15 minutes before serving, and drizzle with ice-cream topping.
