Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups sugar 1 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 2 tsps baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 cups cold coffee 2/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tbsp white vinegar 2 tsp vanilla Chocolate frosting

Directions:Preheat oven to 350º. Coat 9-inch round cake pans with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine flour,sugar,cocoa,baking soda and salt. Add remaining ingredients except frosting, and stir until well mixed. Pour into pans and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pans. Frost with frosting.
Chocolate Frosting
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/2 cup milk 4 cups (1 pound) confectioners' sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract
In small pan melt butter; add cocoa and stir constantly until smooth. Pour into a medium bowl and let cool. Add milk and beat with electric beater until smooth. Add sugar 1 cup at a time, blending thoroughly after each addition. Add vanillas and beat on high until smooth and creamy.
