1 large can of pink or red salmon,
2 eggs,
4 or 5 tablespoons of flour,
Crisco oil

Directions:
Directions:
De-bone salmon. Retain all liquid. Beat eggs, salt and pepper them. Put all ingredients together and deep fry in Crisco oil until brown.
