4 TB. butter
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 TB. olive oil
1 c. dry red wine
2 cloves garlic, chopped
freshly ground pepper
1 TB. fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the butter in a pan. Add olive oil, garlic, and parsley. Sauté until the garlic is lightly browned. Add mushrooms and wine. Cook about 5 min, stirring frequently until mushrooms are soft. Add pepper to taste. Pour immediately over steak and serve.

This is good with any steak, and then of course you need to have a glass of zin with it..
