2 pounds hamburger
1 pound sage sausage
1 sleeve saltine crackers
1 medium onion
1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 eggs
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion. Mix meats together in large bowl. Add onion and tomato sauce. Crush crackers. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Mix all together with eggs. Shape into loaf and place in 13 x 9 pan. Top with ketchup if desired. Cover with tin foil.

Kendra and Annie's grandma would always have a large meatloaf and potato salad ready for them in Peoria when we would come from Southern Illinois to visit her.
