1 package carrots
oil
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cabbage and carrots. Clean carrots. Slice cabbage into 3/4" slices and lay out in 13 x 9 baking dish. Place carrots on top. Pour 1/2 c. oil over all. Salt liberally. Cover with tin foil.
