3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups sifted flour
1 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs until foamy in mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Turn batter into a greased 9X5 loaf pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
