Aunt Willie and Melmac dishes...
We used to have family dinners when Mama's sister, Aunt , was alive. One Sunday they came to our house and Aunt Willie was so proud of her new Melmac dishes. They were plastic and unbreakable, so everyone thought. She proceeded to show Mama and Daddy how unbreakable they were. She chunked one of her new dishes on the floor. It smashed into several pieces. Daddy got the best laugh out of it. It was the joke on Aunt Willie for the longest time.
