3 bananas
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas in mixing bowl with fork. Add shortening and sugar cream together with beaten eggs. Add flour which has been sifted with salt and soda. Add nuts and bake in loaf pan for 1 hour at 325.
