1 green apple, cored and cut Into thin wedges
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pound fresh spinach torn into bite-size pieces
pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (6-ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise

Toss apple wedges in lemon juice; drain. Combine apple wedges and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl; toss well.

Combine orange juice concentrate and mayonnaise; stir until smooth. Serve with salad.
