1 9" unbaked deep pie shell
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar or brown sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice (or 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, 1/2 tsp. ginger)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 2/3 c. half''n half or 1 can (13oz.) evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared pie crust. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 and bake an additional 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
