2 c. elbow or small shell macaroni
1 1/4 c. real mayonnaise
5 tsp. vinegar
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
garlic powder
pepper
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Boil macaroni according to directions on box. Meanwhile, chop celery and onions and add to large bowl with mayo, vinegar, garlic, and pepper. Once macaroni is done, rinse under cold water until macaroni has cooled off. Stir into mayo and veggie mixture until well blended. Refrigerate for at least 2 hr. before serving. I prefer overnight. Stir in bacon just before serving.
