1 1/4 c. margarine melted,
1 1/2 c. sugar,
3 c. flour,
3 tsp. baking soda,
1 egg,
1/2 c. molasses,
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon,
1 tsp. ginger,
1 tsp. ground cloves.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well. Spread into a 10x15 jelly roll pan (like a cookie sheet with a lip around it), sprinkle with a little granulated sugar on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool, then cut into squares. Store in a tightly sealed container.
