1 stick butter
1 C brown sugar
1 C sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 C flour
1 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, soda, vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder

Icing:
3 T butter
2/3 C brown sugar
1 C coconut
3-4 T canned milk
1 egg
1 C Quick oats
1 1/4 C boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Add the oats to the boiling water and let stand for 20 minutes. Cream butter, sugars, add eggs.
Add all dry ingredients & vanilla. Add oats. Bake 40 minutes at 350 Mix icing ingredients and pour over cake while still warm. Broil until coconut is lightly browned.
