1 qt. milk
3 T white sugar
1/ 2 tsp salt
1 tsp vinegar
2 eggs
2 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl mix milk, vinegar, sugar and salt together. Add the eggs, soda, baking powder and flour. (Add a bit more flour is you like a thicker pancake batter.)

This recipe was given to me by Marie Parrill. She used this recipe often while living on a farm in the Turtle Mountains. Katie and David enjoyed the pancakes also. (Makes a very large batch - I usually cut the recipe in half when making for our family.)
