Graham crackers
1/4 C margarine
1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese
1 14 oz can Eagle Brand Milk
1/4 C lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Crush graham crackers to make about 1 1/2 cups. Melt margarine and mix with crusted graham crackers. Pat in pie pan. Cool. ( I add about 1 tsp of sugar to the graham cracker mixture.)
Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add milk, blend thoroughly. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 2 to 3 hours. Top with chilled cherry pie filling before serving.
