Ingredients:  
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. water
4 cloves chopped garlic
3/4 tsp. ginger
Chicken (I use 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, combine all ingredients but chicken. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes. Add chicken and simmer approx. 30 minutes. The sauce will thicken slightly. Serve with/over rice.
