16 c. tomatoes, peeled, blanched and smashed up
4 c. tomato juice or water
2 T. crushed red pepper
3 T. salt
10 cloves garlic, diced
2 T. parsley
2 c. onions, diced
3 or 4 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
2 tsp. oregano
1 small can green chilies
1/2 to 1 small can jalapeņo peppers
1/2 c. vinegar
2 T. sugar

Simmer 2 hours. Fill jars and hot water bath for at least 15 minutes.
