2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. shortening
1 c. mashed bananas (overripe)
2 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, baking powder and soda and sugar. Add bananas shortening, and eggs. Beat until smooth. Fold in oatmeal. Drop onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
