4 c. diced chicken, 2-3 c. diced celery, 1 c. (3 oz. pkg) sliced almonds-toasted, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 tsp. grated onion, 1 tsp. salt, 1.5 c. mayonnaise (if you choose to use Miracle Whip, only use 1 tbsp. lemon juice), 1 c. sharp shredded cheese, 2 c. crushed potato chips.

Combine all ingredients except the cheese and chips. Toss lightly. Place in lightly greased 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle top with cheese and chips. Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes.
