Meatloaf: 1.5 lb. ground round or chuck, 1/2 lb. sausage, 2 eggs (lightly beaten), 1 c. cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. ketchup, 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 onion (chopped), 1.5 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper

Sauce: 1 c. packed dark brown sugar, 1/3 c. water, 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar, 2 tsp. yellow mustard

Sauce: Combine all ingredients and heat to a boil. Stir well, remove from heat, and set aside.

Heat oven to 400. With hands, mix all meatloaf ingredients. Transfer to medium oven-proof skillet and shape into a loaf. Pour sauce over the loaf. Bake uncovered until lightly browned and firm, about 55 minutes. Thermometer should read 160 at the center. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
