1 (19 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
1 lg. tomato (diced)
11 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (cubed)
3/4 c. milk
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender. Add the spinach and tomato; cook and stir for 3 min. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over med. heat. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Drain tortellini and add to skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes longer or until bubbly.
