3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
]1 c. coconut or chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together first 5 ingredients until fine. Press all but 1 cup firmly into ungreased pan. Combine remaining ingredients; beat well. Spoon here and there over mixture. Bake for 5 minutes at 375. Spread topping to cover. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes more.
