1 ( 7oz_ jar roasted red peppers ( drained and pressed between paper towels)
2 cups chopped ( shredded) cooked chicken
1 (8oz) pkg cream cheese softened
1 (04oz) envelope ranch buttermilk dressing
1/4 cup chopped olives
1/2 small onion diced
1 (4.5) can chopped green chiles (drained)
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro1/2 tsp pepper
8- 6in flour tortillas

stir all ingredients together and chill at least 2 hrs

fill tortillas and roll up, cut into 5 pieces each
