2 pkg (8oz) cream cheese softened
3/4-1 cup blue cheese dressing ( or ranch)
1/2 -2/3 Louisiana hot sauce
2 can shredded chicken
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

two ways to prepare

* spread cream cheese on bottom of dish
*combine chicken and hot sauce and heat over medium heat until hot
*pour over cream cheese
*pour dressing on top
bake 350 degrees for 30min
take out of oven and top with cheese , bake an additional 10 min or until cheese is bubbly

combine and mix everything together and cook for 30-40 min at 350

serve with tortilla chips
