3 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1 c. halved seedless grapes
1/2 c. white cream mints, broken
Ginger Ale, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple; combine with grapes and mints - chill. Spoon into sherbets, pour ginger ale over the top. Top with whip cream, if desired.
