1 qt. cooked potato slices
2 c. cooked beef strips
1 c. mushroom slices
1 c. red onion rings
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. Mayo or Miracle Whip
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, beef, mushrooms, onion and parsley. Add salad dressing blended with sour cream and seasonings; toss lightly. Chill. Add additional dressing and garnish with onion rings and parsley, if desired.
