3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes,
2 eggs, beaten,
1/2 stick oleo, melted,
1/2 c.evaporated milk (or plain sweet milk,
1 c. sugar,
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla,

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar,salt, eggs, oleo, milk, vanilla. (Use mixer to make smooth.) Pour into buttered casserole.

Topping:
Combine 1 c. brown sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1/3 stick melted oleo. Place over sweet potatoes. Bake in 350 oven for 35 min. (May be made in advance and refrigerated. Omit topping until ready to put in oven.
