1 T. black pepper
1 (sm.) can Shoe Peg Corn, drained
1 bell pepper
1 (sm.) can LeSeur peas
1 T. water
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1 c. chopped celery
pimento
2 bunches green onions

Nell was the daughter of the late Charlie and Carrie Lou (Wade) Hollenshead, the wife of the late Joe W. Burgess, and the sister of Jeane (Hollenshead) Finkbeiner who contributed this recipe in her memory. It was taken from her "Favorite Recipes of the Hollensheads" compiled in the 1980's.
