1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. brown sugar
1 T. Dijon-style mustard
1 T. fresh parsley, minced

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook mushrooms in butter until almost tender, about three minutes. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, mustard and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves, about two minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve as topping for steak or as savory side dish.
